To the Gurus,
I have a couple of questions regarding my AC21 portability, please post your thoughts on this
1) My 140 is approved and 485 is pending more than 180 days and I am planning to change my job. If my old employer does not cancel the approved 140, do I need to inform USCIS about the change of job??
2) Can I change multiple jobs??
3) Has anyone done that??
Please comment on this.

Just like everyother memeber has expressed opinion, i was shocked to read your posting.
May god give you the courage to handle the stress and resposibality you have now.
I keep trying to convince.."Did i realy read that posting or was it just a bad dream"..unfortunalty its not a dream..!!!
Do get it checked from well know doctors. Here is a youtube version of comenecement speach given by Steve Jobs. Even he was diagnized with cancer and he spent whole day thinking of his resposibality. But that evening the doctors realzied it was curable cancer and were in tears ..!!!

For some postal destinations the USPS offers guaranteed 2 day service. I recently mailed a package where this service was offered. The postal worker explained that if the package was mailed on a Friday, it would be delivered on Sunday. San Francisco, CA is one of the destinations where this service is offered and the package in question was, indeed, delivered on a Sunday.

Also i heard that on June 4 th approx 1100 485 apps was receipted. That makes it approx a total of 1800 for jun 1 and 4.

This is true. A majority of the Dems are sensible people. BTW, although they are against outsourcing, they are not against immigration. The two issues are quite different.

My situation is similar too.
The employer is not ready to file the 485, thinking that I may leave the company after 6 months.
I have the I-140 receipt notice , but no approval notice.
There is no way he is going to issue a employment letter , still debating my options.
What if you assure him by signing a 2 year bond. Once you get the card, give him the finger
